Our Policies

Returns

All purchases are backed by our 30 day 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee. We will replace defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us in original shipping cartons and packaging within 30 days. Merchandise ordered in error is returnable, providing that the merchandise has not been used and that it is returned in resalable condition with all original packaging and contents intact. Please do not write any notes on the merchandise being returned, we cannot accept items that have been written on. Food products are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to a restocking charge. We cannot accept merchandise for return over 60 days from date of purchase.

Shortages or Damaged Products

In case of shortage or damaged merchandise, we must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of order. If damage is visible on shipping cartons, please refuse delivery or note on delivery ticket that carton is damaged.

Freight Items

Local delivery Area - Free next day delivery on all orders of $50.00 or more to all locations within 50 miles of our Chicago, Illinois warehouse.

Free freight on orders shipped within the continental United States on orders of $50.00 or more. Free freight applies only to merchandise that can be shipped via standard UPS ground transportation. Items such as office furniture or bulky items which weigh over 70 lbs must be shipped by common carrier and free freight does not apply to these items. We will quote additional charges for these items prior to processing your order.

UPSable orders ship from our Chicago distribution warehouse and orders that are not UPSable will be shipped from our closest regional distribution center in order to minimize delivery time and freight charges. All orders under $50.00 are subject to a $10.00 shipping charge. Orders that are shipped outside the continental United States will have applicable freight charges added to invoice.

Payments

For small office and home office customers, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We will keep your credit card information on file and automatically bill your credit card for any orders you place.

We offer net 30 day open account terms only to corporate customers within 50 miles of our Bridgeview Illinois corporate office.
